In accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if the goods you purchase are damaged or faulty, we will be happy to offer you a refund, up to 30 days from date of purchase.

  • Full Address

We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive. 

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

We strive to process your refund up to 5 days of receiving your return package.

Credit cards can take up to 10 days to post your refund to your credit card account.
